Team East for Skills opportunity

Creative Arts East  is overseeing the delivery of this volunteering into employment scheme in Norfolk and Suffolk  and the first Norfolk-based project will take place in Great Yarmouth, managed by SeaChange Arts.  This is an opportunity to participate in a 35 hour course in Events Management and Technical Production for Open Air Events. 

The course is for people 16 yrs+ who are out of work and not already in training and offers basic introduction in running and managing an outdoor event, including stewarding, stage management, technical and sound.  Participants will be working with an experienced tutor.   The deadline for registering interest is 9th July, 2009.  Call Sarah James at SeaChange Arts on 01493 846436 or email sarah@seachangearts.org.uk.
