Heart-Mind Computer Event

For one evening only, the Living Area – the open space displaying the Centre’s permanent collection – will be transformed into a large computer consisting of ten multi-media installations or happenings, that engage spectators in a range of themes linked to the environment. Co-creators are encouraged to make use of a range of different media, from photography, painting, video, found objects, the human body or theatre, and each installation can be up to 8m square in size. Themes are: time, waste, population, cycles, growth and change, boundary spaces, innovation, control, crisis, or isolation. Deadline for proposals is 1st March 2011.
